Information you provide

We collect the contact, business, and project information you submit, including your name, email address, phone number, selected business, goals, timing, and review responses. Do not submit sensitive credentials. We do not ask for or collect your Google, CRM, or social-media passwords through this website.

Contact form

The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, message, page URL, and submitted timestamp. As available, that submission is routed through the current lead-processing destinations: Attio, Telegram, and Resend.

Google Maps business selection

The business selector uses Google Maps Platform to find and confirm a business. A lookup may send the search query and related request data to Google, which processes that data under its own terms and privacy policy. The selector displays the required Google attribution.

Browser storage

Session storage keeps the in-progress review draft and first-touch attribution for the current browser session, including bounded campaign parameters, landing page, and referrer when available. Optional analytics start disabled for new visitors. Your accepted or declined optional analytics choice is stored in your browser and can be changed through Analytics preferences. You can also remove these records through your browser's site-data controls.

How submissions are used

We use submitted information to prepare and review your requested assessment, respond to you, operate and troubleshoot the funnel, and understand which campaign or page led to the request. Submitted leads are currently routed to configured destinations: Attio for CRM records, Telegram for operator alerts, and Resend for email delivery. Those providers process information under their own terms.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4, Google Ads measurement, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and Vercel Analytics are optional and disabled by default for new visitors. Analytics and advertising storage remain denied unless you choose to accept. Vercel Analytics is enabled only after you accept. The Google tag may still load and send consent-related or cookieless signals while storage is denied.

If you accept optional analytics, Meta receives website visit events and accepted Realtor review request events for advertising measurement and matching. Accepted-request events may include hashed email and phone details, your IP address, browser information, Meta cookie or click identifiers, and the page address. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. We do not send your review answers to Meta. Declining analytics does not prevent you from submitting a request.

Retention and disclosure

We keep submitted records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, deliver the assessment, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We may disclose information to the service providers named above, when required by law, or to protect the website and its users.
